The naughty side of The Barmen

Four ways to run it

Hens party packages,
and what's in them

Pick one, or stack two. The most common booking is a cocktail class for the first hour and then The Barmen X for the rest of the night — the group gets the tame version and the wild one in the same evening.

Hens party packages

01 · 18+ adults only

The Barmen X

The cheeky one, hosted with tact. Our most talked-about hens package, and the reason this site exists.

  • RSA-trained bartenders, served fun and flirty
  • Shirts stay on unless the group asks otherwise
  • Games hosted properly, every one opt-in
  • Cocktails, mixers, glassware, ice and equipment
  • The dial is yours: chic and champagne-heavy, or games and dares

Choose this whenThe group wants the full hens night and someone else to run it.

02 · Cocktail bar service

The Barmen Plus

A classy cocktail night with no games and nothing cheeky. A very good bar, in your house.

  • Mobile bar, bartenders, glassware, ice and equipment
  • Espresso martinis, spritzes and a signature drink named for the bride
  • A custom menu built with you beforehand
  • Set-up and pack-down included

Choose this whenThe guest list includes her mother, and you want it to feel expensive.

03 · Cocktail making class

The Professors

Hands-on, hosted, and the tamest thing we do. Everyone makes their own and everyone drinks what they make.

  • A hosted class in your kitchen, Airbnb or venue
  • Technique that actually transfers — shake, stir, balance
  • Runs on its own, or as the first hour of a bigger night
  • Works for any age group over 18

Choose this whenThe group would rather shake than be served. More on the class →

04 · All-female team

The BarQueens

The same bar service, the same training, an all-female team. Fully clothed and very good at it.

  • Requested often for hens parties, and always available
  • Pairs with any of the packages above
  • Same equipment, same menu, same standard

Choose this whenThe group would simply rather have women behind the bar.

Add-ons

Bolt these onto any package

Each one is a separate choice. Booking the waiters does not commit you to the games, and booking the games does not commit you to anything at the bolder end of the list.

Male topless waiters

Booked by the hour alongside bar service. RSA-trained bartenders who work topless — greeting, pouring, serving and running the games. Men only; we do not book topless female staff. More →

Hens Games

15+ games hosted by someone watching the room rather than playing in it, pitched anywhere from light-hearted to a little more wild. Every game is opt-in and anyone can sit a round out. The full list →

Custom games for the bride

Tell us about her and we will build a round around the in-jokes and the group-chat history. Consistently the game people remember.

Signature drink

A cocktail built and named for the bride, printed on the menu. Costs nothing extra on a bar package and ends up in every photo.

Alcohol supplied

Standard packages are BYO — the group buys the alcohol with our shopping list and we bring everything else. If you would rather we supplied it, ask and we will talk through the options.

Bolder add-ons

Body shots and private dances are available on request, discussed when you book and priced in the quote. Always opt-in, never a surprise, and only as far as the room wants to go.

What it costs

Quoted properly, not guessed

We do not publish a per-head number, because the honest one depends on four things: how many staff you need, how many hours you need them for, where you are, and whether we are supplying the alcohol. A twelve-person hens party in New Farm and a thirty-person one in the hinterland are not the same job.

So: send us the date, the address and the headcount, and you get an itemised quote — staff, hours, travel and add-ons, each on its own line. Every package has a minimum booking duration, set out in that quote. A deposit secures the date.

Monday to Thursday hens nights get 20% off. If the date is flexible, that is the single biggest lever you have.

Good to know

Package questions, answered

How much does a hens party package cost?

It depends on staff numbers, hours, location and whether we supply the alcohol, so we quote each one rather than publishing a single figure that would be wrong for most groups. Send the date, the address and the headcount and the quote comes back itemised. Monday to Thursday hens nights receive 20% off.

Can we combine packages?

Yes, and most people do. A cocktail class for the first hour followed by bar service for the rest of the night is the most common booking we take. The BarQueens can be applied to any of the others.

Do we need to supply the alcohol?

On BYO packages the group buys the alcohol with our shopping list, and we bring the bartenders, mixers, glassware, ice and equipment. If you would rather we supplied it, ask and we will talk through the options.

Is there a minimum booking?

Yes — each package has a minimum duration, set out in your quote. The team arrives 1 to 1.5 hours before service to set up, and set-up and pack-down are included, so you pay for serving time only.

What happens at the end of the night?

We finish with a last round of your cocktail options, pack down, and leave the space clean. That last part is a bigger deal than it sounds at 11pm.

Do you travel?

Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast regularly, and further across Queensland and interstate on request. Travel is quoted up front as its own line.

Next step

Send the date. We will tell you what's free.

Spring Saturdays in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast book out months ahead. Everything else has more room than you would think.
