The Barmen X is the adults-only side of a working mobile bar company. Everyone who turns up shirtless for a hens party has poured at weddings, corporate functions and 21sts with a shirt firmly on — which means the cocktails are genuinely good, the service is fast, and nobody is standing around waiting to be told what to do.
It also means the room is being read by someone with a duty of care rather than someone hoping the night goes well. Our hosts are RSA trained, the service stops when it should, and every cheeky element is something your group asked for rather than something we sprang on them.
What they don't do
- Strip beyond topless
- Anything a guest has not asked for
- Serve anyone underage, or anyone who has had enough
- Turn up as a surprise nobody planned for

We supply male topless waiters. We do not book topless female staff, and we are not going to start — it is not the business we are in and it is not what our clients ask us for.

How the booking works
Booked by the hour, alongside the bar
Topless waiters are an add-on to bar service rather than a standalone act. That is deliberate: a shirtless man with nothing to do is awkward for everyone, and a shirtless man running a busy cocktail bar is exactly the energy the night wants.
- Send us the date, the address and the headcount. We confirm availability the same day where we can.
- Tell us the temperature. Shirts on, shirts off, games or no games. We will ask, and we will hold to whatever you say.
- We quote it itemised. Staff, hours, travel and any add-ons, priced up front. A deposit secures the date.
- We arrive 1 to 1.5 hours early to set up. Set-up and pack-down are included, so you pay for serving time only.

What does a topless waiter actually do?
With us: everything a bartender does, without a shirt. They greet guests, take orders, make cocktails, keep the bar tidy, host the games if you have booked them, and pose for photos when asked. They are not there to be looked at from across the room — they are running your bar.
How much do topless waiters cost?
They are priced by the hour as an add-on to bar service, and the total depends on the number of staff, how long you need them, your location and travel. Send us the date, the address and the headcount and we will send an itemised quote — no packages you have to guess your way through.
Do you have female topless waitresses?
No. We supply male topless waiters only. If you want an all-female bartending team, ask for The BarQueens — fully clothed, same training, same standard.
Is it awkward?
Less than people expect, because the waiters have a job to do. The awkward version is the one where someone stands in a lounge room with a tray and no purpose. Give them a bar to run and the whole thing settles inside five minutes.
Can we book a topless waiter without games or anything cheeky?
Yes, and plenty of groups do. The waiters, the games and the bolder add-ons are three separate choices. Book any one of them without the others.
Is there an age limit?
Yes. Strictly 18+ — every guest at the event must be over 18. Our hosts are RSA trained and there is no underage service, ever.
What events do you do besides hens parties?
Milestone birthdays, girls' nights, divorce parties and pre-drinks before a night out. Anything with an adults-only guest list. If the event needs a bar with a shirt on, that is the other side of the business.
